Bagoong Rice

Bagoong Rice
¼ kg. ground pork
6-8 cups cooked rice
6-8 tbsp. Northbay Spicy Bagoong
3 cloves of garlic
1 pc. Onion
1 pc. Small green bell pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
5 tbsp. cooking oil
Green Onions for garnish
Green Mangoes for garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Saute garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Add the ground pork and the Northbay Spicy Bagoong and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, and salt if necessary, then put the cooked rice and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and put green onions and sliced mangoes as toppings if desired.
