Salmon Sinigang sa Miso


500g. Kai Anya Salmon Sinigang Pack

5 cups of water

2tsp. Miso Paste

2pcs. Tomatoes

2 bunches of String Beans

1 bunch of Mustasa

1 sachet Sinigang Mix

1pc. Onion

5 cloves Garlic

1 pc. Radish

2 pcs. Ginger

1 bunch of Okra

2 pcs. Green chili peppers

Salt or Fish Sauce to taste


Cooking Instruction:


  1. Sauté the Ginger, Garlic, Onion, and Tomato to the cooking oil
  2. Pour the 5 cups of water then wait to simmer.
  3. After it simmers, add the Kai Anya Salmon Sinigang Pack 500g. and cook it for 5 minutes
  4. After 5 minutes, add the Miso Paste and the Sinigang Mix and wait for another 2 minutes.
  5. After it boils add the Vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt or fish sauce if needed.
  6. Serve Hot and Enjoy!
